These are simple instructions to follow and have a Content Management System setup in about 10 minutes of work.

Sign in to the control panel:  The address it  https://   your site and  :10000    That will give a certificate warning to bypass..

Select  Install Scripts , If you have installed other scripts you need to select the "Available Scripts" tab at the top. 

Next select  Joomla.   It is generally recommended to use the highest (most recent) version.
Then at the bottom of the page click the "Show Install Options" 

The next screen, the only option that you may want to change is the " at Top Level " could to be picked.  The default is a sub folder.
Then click Install Now.

Then look for the line like "Joomla installation complete. Go to http://   (Your Site name )    /joomla/administrator/ to manage it.


Now the fun can begin ...  It is very easy find a template and copy into the template directory. but look at the picture you need to change and replace the ones in the template with yours and you have your own look..  for your running Site..
