What to do if the Password Reset is Not Working.
Your password reset sending the password to the Server Administrator Email address that the server has stored. That email address may not be the one you are using. To correct this you need to login to the control panel and set the correct email address. To change the address go to the following location in your control panel.
Edit Virtual Server -- > Configurable settings -- > Contact email
Then it will send the password to the correct email.
If you can not get to the control panel to fix this, then you need to contact me..
